Having worked in the Frisco, McKinney and Plano communities for more than 12 years, Dr. Dennis Eisenberg's professional passion is women’s healthcare with the goal of helping people lead healthy lifestyles. Dr. Eisenberg completed his internship and residency locally, at St. Paul Medical Center in Dallas, TX. As a medical doctor, Dr. Eisenberg's focus is obstetrics and gynecology (OBGYN).
As an OBGYN, Dr. Eisenberg has been certified to perform robotic surgery since July 2007 on the da Vinci robotic surgery equipment. As highlighted on NBC5 News, the da Vinci procedures are considered ideal for women seeking robotic myomectomy and hysterectomy procedures. The da Vinci robotic surgeries are considered laparoscopic surgery, because they are minimally invasive and have shorter, less painful recovery periods.
If you think a robotic procedure is right for you, read Dr. Eisenberg's blog post entitled Three Questions You Must Ask Your Surgeon before attending a consult.
Dr. Dennis Eisenberg is currently associated with three local hospitals: Medical Center of Plano, the Baylor Medical Center of Plano, and the Baylor Medical Center of Frisco.
